How does it work?

First of all, it is important that you understand that Ayuchka works under the consignation method. What does this mean? It is a buy and sell method where you give us your items, we sell them, and you receive the money only when the item is sold. Now that you understood, let's get started:

1. First, start making order in your closet and take out all the things that you dont want anymore. Pay attention, we dont receive everything, we receive only items of known fashion brands such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chanel, Valentino and more. For the full list, check out our brand's list.

2. Contact us via whatsapp to the phone number 054-5522775  and send us clear pictures of your items. Include all important details, such as brand, condition (new, like new, good condition, not so good, etc), where did you buy it (if you remember), if you have a receipt (even better) and any important thing about it. It is important for us to see the items before you come to us, so we are sure the item is relevant. 

3.if the items are relevant to be sold, we arrange a meeting in Tel Aviv from Sunday to Thursday from 10:00 to 17:00. 

4. Bring your items (clean, ironed, without gums in the pockets, yes we found those too), we will check that everything is ok and together we will agree to the price for each item.

5. We will take pictures of the items and will upload to Instagram and to our site, we will publish them for a period of six months with the option to extend the time. At the moment that the item is published in the website, you will receive a notification from us. 

6. When your item is sold, you will receive a notification and the money will be transfered 2 weeks later (we need to make sure that the item is not returned or changed before that).

7.For your convenience, you will have access to an account in our website where you could see the details of each item.
