Buyer

    As long as the order didnt leave our warehouse, it can be canceled or changed. 

    We place great importance on the quality of the items.

    Our team of buyers chooses carefully and assesses the likelihood of an item being sold. We are very strict about the quality of the items and do not accept anything that is less than “as new”. Clothes with stains and rips are rejected immediately. All of the items on the site look and feel new, both in terms of cleanliness and quality. These are items that we would be happy to wear ourselves.

     

    When your order is sent to you, we will send you an update by email. In addition, we offer registered users the option to track the status of the order in the personal area on the “Order History” page, and to view the status of the order.

    The items on the site are unique and there is only one of each in stock, and therefore it is possible that a different customer managed to complete the purchase before you.

    If you are interested in the item, you can sign up for the WAITING LIST, and then if the item is restocked, an email will be sent straight to you, and you will be able to purchase it.

    Please note that the WAITING LIST service is available for registered users only.

    We renew the product variety all the time, therefore we suggest visiting the site often, since there is only one of each item.

     

Seller

    At ayuchka we work under the Consignation method, this means that you bring us your items, we sell them and then you receive your money.

    We accept all fashion items (clothing, accessories, shoes, sunglasses), for women, men, kids and babies.

    When your item is sold, you'll receive an update by email. If the item is not returned, the payment will be transferred to you, minus the Ayuchka fee.

    Items are displayed on the site for 6 months with option to extension, but we hope that they will be sold long before that.

     

Shipping and Returns

    Delivery time is between 3 to 26 business days, depending on the shipping address location via Israel Postal Company.

    For purchases of up to 149 US$ – shipping is 10 US$.

    For purchases of 150 US$ and more – free shipping.

    Courier service to your address: The shipment will arrive up to 3 business days from the day of purchase. Deliveries intended for distribution in remote areas (including the Golan Heights, the northern border, communities in the Arab sector, the Jordan Valley communities, communities beyond the Green Line, communities surrounding the Gaza Strip, Eilat, the Dead Sea, and the Arava communities) are in accordance with the courier company’s procedures, the delivery will be carried out within 7 business days. Shipments will not be made to Arab towns or villages and settlements beyond the Green Line that pose security risks.

    During busy periods, orders may be delayed up to 10 business days. In the event of a significant delay, we will make every effort to notify you on the delay.

    Orders usually arrive within 5-7 days of placing the order. If you have not received the package within the specified time range, you may contact us at [email protected].

    Want to return an item? Our return policy is simple:

    The merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the day it was received via Israel Post. Please send us the package from the nearest post office to you. Israel Post compromise to transfer the package up to 14 business days. When the package arrives, our customer service will contact you to update.

    Yes. To sell on the site you must be a registered user.

    No. You can make a purchase on the site as a guest, but we suggest registering so that you can enjoy the unique services, such as, signing up for the waiting lists, online tracking of an order status and more.
